About Me

My Journey

From the beginning of my medical training, I was drawn to fields that combined
science, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
During my Internal Medicine residency at the University of Ottawa, I gained a
strong foundation in managing complex medical conditions, which prepared me
to look at patients holistically. This experience led me to pursue subspecialty
training in Allergy and Immunology at McGill University, where I developed
expertise in the diagnosis and management of allergic conditions across all ages.
My passion for understanding the immune system and its rare disorders inspired
me to complete a postdoctoral fellowship in Immunodeficiency, focusing on
patients with uncommon but life-changing immune diseases. This advanced
training deepened my expertise in managing the full spectrum of allergy and
immunology, from seasonal allergies to complex immune dysregulation.
Over time, my journey has led me to a guiding philosophy: health should not
begin with disease. While I provide advanced care for allergies and immune
conditions, I also believe strongly in prevention — ensuring that patients can
build resilience and protect their health before illness develops. By combining my
background in Internal Medicine and Immunology, I help patients interpret their
lab results, understand their immune system, and make informed choices about
nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation.
Today, my work integrates clinical care, wellness, and education. My mission is to
empower patients to live more confidently, breathe more freely, and navigate their
health with clarity and trust.
